The children's camp "Balakay" is located in "The Blue Gulf" on the bank of the Bukhtarma reservoir in 110 kilometers from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The gulf is surrounded by coniferous forests and reminds the fantastic place.

Balanced good nutrition is one of the major factors in the strengthening of the health of children. Catering services for children are based on the general physiological and hygienic requirements to a nutrition and a delivery. The standard of a daily set of products conforms to modern requirements of life of children, their loads in the conditions of the camp. Constant control of the quality of a delivery is exercised by the dietitian of the camp and Sanepidstantion's workers.

Medical care

In the territory there is a first-aid post, with the equipped medical office for reception of children, rendering the first medical and ambulatory care, and also hospitalization. The doctor and nurses are in the territory of the camp round the clock. The first-aid post is provided with a necessary stock of medicines and dressing materials. To the isolation, the center can refer the child to a simple disease, in case of a serious disease to the child call an ambulance or, bring it to children's hospital.

Rest and improvement of children

The recreational program is under construction on active occupations physical culture and tourism (1-2 campaigns for a change). The child carries out the maximum quantity of time on air: in the mountain forest area, at the small river, on sports grounds (football, volleyball and basketball platforms). The clean mountain air which is given a drink by a smell of needles of fir-trees, pines and Alpine trees promotes the general strengthening of an organism.
